Uh, Doc, many comics aren't aimed at kids any longer (actually, since about the early 80s), as I posted on that site. And it's likely, as someone there noted, that this is not so much an "action figure" aimed at kids (no matter the sale venue) as it is a figurine/collectible aimed at late-teens/YA who have too much of mummy and daddy's money to spend.
