My beamish girl, this is right on! The MSM has a stranglehold on most media, but not all and slowly but surely the message is getting out that they are not to be trusted. My hope is that there will be a turnaround before it is too late for this country. |

Right on Doc! But how? What needs to happen is the MSM has to be so convincingly discredited that it becomes irrelevant. (It has for me, but the majority of Americans accept the propaganda spewed by these dangerously incompetent clueless liberals). LLB, the past election clearly demonstrates the message is not getting to enough people. This is a serious problem, and will take quite an effort to correct. |

I will repeat: many things are believed because it would be so much better if it were true (Alternative medicine comes to mind). All over Europe there are folks who want so badly for their worldview to prove right, and the American neocons to be wrong, that they ignore even obvious things. |

I think the Dems are glancing over at Obama to be their hero. |

Great post! But just so you know, "brillig" refers to a time of day. It means four o'clock in the afternoon: the time when you begin broiling things for dinner. It's not an adjective one would apply to a person's self righteousness. |
