As with all of your excellent posts, Dr.Sanity, this one inspires so many thoughts.

Here are some of my random ones:

The religion of "peace" insists that the "peace" comes from submission. Much of this submission is induced through barbaric threats. Such a bullying "theology" hardly inspires reverence in the spiritually inclined.

Submitting all behaviors to the will of Allah takes away the human gift we have of free will and cedes all personal responsibility for personal actions. Saying that "Allah made me do it" is no more worthy of human dignity than is blaming poor choices to "The devil made me do it".

On another subject about misogynistic submission: What also struck me about Nancy Pelosi's visit to "Baby" Assad was her outward compliance (perhaps for diplomacy's sake) to the Islamic culture's demands for a woman to cover her head. Photos made much of her "sensitivity". Yet other photos of her actual meeting reveal the peripatetic grandmother showing quite a bit of leg. What mixed message was Pelosi sending? Power is sexy? Don't let my flash of flesh distract you from the "sincerity" of my message?

On to the V-T memorial speeches and the insidious role of our own PC-riddled education-mills: Universities (nay, even K-12 enclaves)have assumed the mantle of "parenting" indoctrination without the responsibilities of in loco parentis. Like all bureaucracies, the "education village" is septic with petty and poisonous agendas while maintaining its ivory-tower antiseptic facade.

Witness the memorial speech given by the over-celebrated Nikki Giovanni, who made the occasion of grief-filled solemnity a platform for grievance mongering. Since her rise to recognition as a "poet" in the late '60's, Giovanni has spewed almost always through first-person imagery every wrong in history that she attributes to white Western culture. Racist? I'll say. And splitting prose into poetry's linear format with these charged images hardly makes for the subtlety of poetry's evocativeness. What looks like poetry on the page is nothing more than self-indulgent navel gazing frosted over with self-righteous boilerplate. The product is always thinly disguised "It's all about me, and I will be your megaphone for infantile brayings of I didn't ask to be born into this less-than-perfect world". No wonder adolescents (or the less than autonomous and self-determining) cling to this nonsense as beautiful "truth".

Great post! I couldn't help but be impressed by how useful your analysis is for getting inside the heads of religious conservatives everywhere. It was pretty easy to map your desriptions one-to-one to Little Green Footballs or Pat Robertson and so on. I was reminded of this example of child abuse and this anecdote:

"I asked them whether Jesus was a Christian and they said 'yes.' When I said, 'Jesus was a Jew,' one girl said, 'But Jesus was a good person.' "

I find it more and more neccessary to read your blog. Thank you Doctor.

Liberal Psycho needs to think with more critical skills.

Thinking Conservatives do not blindly espouse the idiot pontifications of Robertson or Falwell. (And no, thinking Conservative is not an oxymoron.)

What does one make of Lefty/Liberals, whose talking points are summed up in shrill and/or vacuous protest posters, bumper stickers, and cut-and-paste blog-tripe that dot the intellectual landscape? The "religion" of "whirled peas", climate change as a "moral" issue, and kumbaya is as dogmatic and unforgiving as that of any conventional cleric's zealotry.

Shakedown artists Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton abuse the honorific of Reverend with their class and race-warfare and their not-too-thinly-disguised hate-mongering. Inflammatory is not just a metaphor for their kinds of rhetoric.

LGF is your nemesis? Good grief, man. Charles only links to the actual words and deeds of the imams, mullahs, and blind-followers of the religion of "peace". Do you read with one eye open and no brain engaged?

Your moral equivalencies are half-baked.

Actually, though, Muslim women have plenty of opportunity to be sadistic. The woman is forced to obey not just the men, but the higher ranking women. The husband's mother or grandmother rules the roost among the women, and is frequently very cruel to those under her. The other women do their best to get to the top of the pecking order, and to promote their sons at the expense of all others. Informing, backbiting, and getting revenge are all part of it, and since cousin marriage is encouraged, the women can never really get away. (And if they did, they'd be incredibly low status in another Muslim family.)

A fantastic description. I would only add that the pathological developmental patterns you describe are probably stronger among immigrants to the west. I've always thought that Atta was probably set off by female students who looked great, contradicted him in class, and didn't recognize his innate superiority.

I thought that the separate-but-equal education issue was resolved decades ago by the Supreme Court. It's un-Constitutional. Publicly funded schools should not be engaging in this travesty.

I asked a Romanian psychiatrist why she thought I had encountered so few Borderline Personality Disorders there, even though the rate of early childhood trauma and neglect was so high. Her hypothesis was that until 1989, the there was no fear of abandonment, even among those abandoned by parents, because the intrusiveness of government so fully permeated all daily acts. I am not sure how far I would push that, but it is intriguing.

Repeat of favored soapbox. Societies which demean women will have narcissistic young men. It is not good for you to pass your mother in family status when you are still a child.

Here's what we can do to end the madness:

The USA should suspend all monetary support for the UN, UNICEF, UNESCO, the WORLD BANK, the IMF, and all other multilateral aids organizations - and the WTO

unless and until these organizations

completely shun all nations which tolerate

misogyny, polygamy and endogamy.

These are the core cultural practices which inculcate the diathesis for genocidal jihad in Muslim men.

HOW!?

SIMPLE:

Any boy who learns that it is okay to murder one's own sister, (or that the many other forms of "honor" killing are to be ADMIRED - like killing your mother or wife or female cousin),

is of course going to be able to - ready willing and able - to commit genocide against infidels,

whether those infidels are Jews or Christians or Hindus or Buddhists or Muslims of another sect or Animists or atheists.

If they feel that honor-killing their own flesh and blood is GOOD, then they will of course LOVE killing us!

We must change this. We must make it IMPOSSIBLE to raise children like this. We can.

We ended slavery. We can end misogyny, polygamy and endogamy.

The nations which tolerate these practices cannot survive without support from the UN, UNICEF, UNESCO, the IMF, the World Bank and the WTO.

And we should not buy OIL from any nation which tolerates these practices.

These non-military efforts could bring about change.

If we don't stop these practices, then jihadis will continue to be raised, and global jihad will just continue... until some horrifying cataclysmic attack forces the ultimate global endgame.

I’d bet most of the people in those countries that are getting bombed, raped, and all other forms of victimization are the salt-of-the-earth, decent, and sweet tempered people that would make up the majority of the population in any normal civilized society. The reason why they don’t rise up and overthrow the all psychopaths and their unwitting tools is because they’re so anxious, depressed and PTSD fucked up that they can’t.
