CAIR is an "enemy front" in America. They are unindicted co-conspirators of a terrorist organization. It is not a usurption of freedom of speech or religion to shut them down, expell the non-citizens running it. The problem with any self defense that works, is that in hindsight it seldom looks like self defense.
Waiting till the last possible second to employ such a defense is a peculiar contemporary Western idea. One we allow to be labeled civilised.
Sometimes self defense comes in the form of overwhelming offense toward an enemy while hes weak and vulnerable. There is nothing in this method that todays politically correct world would call civilised.

In about 1753 the hottest spot in the world was Ft. Duquesne, now the site of Pittsburgh.
The French were trying to control the inland waterways and erected a string of forts along the Allegheny River from Lake Erie to the Ohio River.
Virginians were upset because they claimed this area to be Virginia.
