That's what happens when you learn to type with all your fingers. You mess one up, you're lost.

Me, I have no such problem. Since any particular letter on my keyboard is subject to be struck by one of several available fingers, the loss of a single finger doesn't slow me down significantly.

Of course, the converse is true, too. The use of ALL my fingers does not mean that I will type terrible fast...
