I did not see where I can sign a petition against this? My wife mentioned that Rush Limbaugh said today that bloggers with more than 500 readers would be impacted? How could they possibly enforce it?

Tremendous components of the internet are controlled by folks with Liberal/Utopian orientations, and they'd probably be happy to co-operate voluntarily!
