Travis and Jonathan should run for congress.
They are possibly 'real conservatives', perhaps not too bright, but either are some liberals. Sadly, we know all about heavy taxes up here in Canada.
I'm with you! I liked Huckabee's sense of humor, but you get the whole package with T & J! Touche'.
Russ, why doesn't your province petition for statehood? That would stir things up!

Russ, I think the US is not far behind Canada in being Europeanized into a kinder, gentler entitlement state mentality!
When people ignore the Constitution to advance their own ideas of the way to go forward, then we're a short step from tyranny. And VERY few Republicans EVER even MENTION Constitutional principles. Ron Paul of course, and a bit Thompson.
And of course, Democrats take it as dogma that the Constitution is malleable and subject to expansion as popular feelings change (just the opposite of what the Founders wanted)!
Pray and keep your powder dry is about the only program I recommend these days!
