He Ox, How are you doing? I have been so busy I haven't even read my usual blog lists lately.
I have felt from the very beginning that Angelina has been sincere in her adoptions. She has tended to be private and has attempted to avoid the paparazzi even though they hound her like vultures. My opinion of her changed after she adopted her son and then walked out of her marriage when Billy Bob wanted to push the kid aside.
Madonna, however, was all show. She alerted the press, adopted a kid illegally, a kid that wasn't even an orphan and deceived the kid's father into thinking the kid would stay with him. The entire thing was a sham that so she could be trendy with the adoption on an African baby thing.
I really do not think Angelina is doing the same thing. As you have alluded to, intent makes the difference. The whole thing with Brad Pitt is typical Hollyweirdness and immorality but what can you expect?

My clan comes home Wednesday after 10 weeks away in Italy. It should be interesting.
Well I'll give them all the benefit of the doubt. I hope that they do have good intentions, certainly for their children's sake.
What really gets me is the way that some of these folks are so full of themselves that they don't seem to understand the other life that is so totally dependent upon them for direction and care.
I guess celebs are not that much different than the rest of us!
I see the pic of Demi Moore and she seems to be saying "look at what I can do" -- yeah it's a big belly, but the photo is all about her. I see the Britney pic, and I just feel sorry for both her and the baby, and I don't think that's just because we know more about how it has turned out. You can see total cluelessness written all over her face!
Oh well, that is my celebrity rant of the week!
I am blogrolling you....I would have done it much sooner...but, I really haven't paid attention. I am also favoring you on my Technorati...I also am linking up with Bible Gateway...it seems the source I had been quoting from was really a phoney...and I just assumed because his coin says Praise The Lord that he was a valid Christian...but, then I found out about asll that other stuff...it really hurt me...I really thought a lot of him. Oh well all is done now...hey I am originally from Texas...but I am a sooner now..hope we can still be freinds.:~jackie

When the celebs are attempting to keep their private lives out of the media and act like they are attempting to be what they consider "normal", I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the Paris Hiltons, Lindsey Lohans and the rest of that lot who are either trying to be ever more outrageous to say "Look at me" or are so messed up they don't know what they are doing I have nothing for...except pity. If they don't get themselves together pronto they will follow Marilyn Monroe.
Glad to hear the crew will be home soon.
Well written and nothing there I would argue with friend. you said it one family and one's own backyard at a time.
Tune out and turn it off is my motto for Hollywood and their offerings, hence the beauty of the 'net. Pick and choose the best and sh**can the rest
