12 years? This creep deserves to be locked up for the rest of his life. What is with this judge who "doesn't want to send a message." Sounds like that is exactly what he _should_ be doing.

As I recall, our own, dear JD is involved in this one, but I haven't heard of any DOJ attention to his links to Wilkes. Seems like they're mainly interested in Julie's, uhm, "job" with Abramoff.
