Bush used that reverse-pchy on his 51 percent mandaters such as "when in Rome, do as the Romans do," and it worked during the election like it's working now. But "sly like a fox." Think about it. Act stupid, and they'll never know what hit them. Yeah... make the Dem's think I'm being fair, when really Bush grabbed two birds with 1 stone here.
