So, not in "six months to a year" from now, but six months to a year from that date...maybe. If it has all its other design ducks in a row. If it really wants to. But at the moment it is co-operating with the IAEA.

In all seriousness it could also be six months to a year from tomorrow if they decide to. Its a much shorter time frame than the NIE gave for them to be able to accomplish that goal.
Whats important to me is that we get this matter resolved before Israel feels threatened enough to actually strike at Iran.
