In our case has more to do with a buggy custom made computer program being that is forcing us to process phone orders manually.
Considering I was working 90 hours a week in 95, 60 hours a week from 98 to 2002 a little overtime hither and yon doesn't bother me much. However the effectively stagnant wages is getting pretty old.
