Seems to me that some up and coming young Attorney might make a name for hisself by taking EJ to court under the RICCO act.

Either that, or simply charging that, due to the basic demonstrable sue of extortion as a means of subsitence, they are a corrupt enterpise.

THAT'S a case I would eagerly follow.
