This is pretty odd. I did have the opinion that this ship had sunk, but now I am thinking that they are just looking in the wrong place. How fast can a ship chop-shop do it's job? the liferaft they found, I wonder if there was any indication of how it was launched.
Your view sounds logical. Indian government has initiated a probe and an observer is going to be sent to coordinate rescue operations.
What makes me wonder is that it's the Black Sea-- kinda tough to drive a ship out of there without exposing the ship to a look by Turkish authorities.
How valuable would the cargo and ship be together as a package?
One life raft? No debris or flotsam? How odd is that?
Why satellites cannot find the wareabout of the ships. There are so many gps devices available now & may be ship equipped with that. ??

Turks say Fraud is Involved with Missing Vessel and Crew
Turkish authorities have informed Indian shipping officials that they suspect maritime fraud with the disappearance of Panamanian merchant vessel "Rezzak" and its crew of 25 Indian sailors the Black Sea on February 18th. --- While there is no official word about the fate of the ship and crew. The director of the Indian’s Governmental Shipping Agency, said they could not dispute claims regarding possible fraud, and is aware of Interpol's Ankara Unit suspecting foul play. But, he insists that the fate of the 25 Indian national sailors is paramount to the investigation.

This surely is a maritime fraud, why was it insured for so high value. Pelican knows who the owner is. Why he is not being questioned.
I do agree that this is a High Sea fraud. The Ship was equipped with latest equipments to inform the world of any distress both auto and manual. Moreover the mobile phone of the missing people are ringing and at times answered with no replies. The mobiles are rechared and the report from the mobile phone companies confirm that the concerned mobiles have been recharged. How does this happen if the ship is sunk.
ONLY REQUEST IS THAT THE PEOPLE ON BOARD BE RELEASED SINCE THEIR NEAR AND DEAR ONES ARE AWAITING THEIR RETURN.

why cant the media question govt.and my opinion is that the indian govt had got money for that they are not ready to except that the ship is not sunk govt should answer our questions
