I like the whole layout I just think its time for maybe a new website intro. Maybe. Not sayng it needs to change. But its just a suggestion. 
Hmmmmmm. You could call it Every 2 weeks updated , thingi. No. THats sucks. Uhhhhhh, I dont know. All names for a section like that are pretty much used.
How about "WHENEVER THE HELL I FEEL LIKE IT UPDATE" ? It fits.

Oh! It was changed! You see when I went on today my computer opened the other Ebolaworld intro which was stored in my internet files folder!

Yeah theres no point! If you did there wouldnt be much flavor to it. Sure the Flash designed Ebolaworld may lag on your computer but its still great!
Why not call it:
"Rarely Updated Weekly Updates"
or perhaps just
"Rare updates"
I like the layout. It's very good. No need to change it.
Or perhaps something like, "Miscellany."
Well I think you should call it umm "News section" or "Crap to watch until I make a big cartoon" :P

Me, you said it. I love the In review thing 2003 with Bunny Bunny. I watched it thousand times. This was a great surprise effect and as you guys know I love surprises.
Taco-man went to a charity but he's in a strip bar and at the background there's Tony Blair! This is so hilarious.
I love the way Bunny Bunny hosts the entire show. His voice, his character, it's just great. I love the review about Elizabeth Smart who apparently wasn't so smart and SARS. And Arnold Schwazenensens ah..whatever

Whenever Update
We need a new character. Looking at other flash sites, they all have at least a dozen characters. Also we should see more of Linda, Grandpa, and Smokey. To make things interesting, you need a good vs. evil thingymabober. The reason I loved The George Bush Show was because of Paul Whateverhisnameiswitz. All character are created equal. Toca-man might become a burnt in the spotlight cuz he is getting too much. Stay liberal. Keep writing those out of bounds stroylines!
I just thought of something. GIVE ANTI HIS OUR CARTOON OR ELSE I'LL RIPE OFF YOU LEGS AND BET YOU IN THE HEAD WITH THEM. or somthing like that

You should make your flashes easier to find by making one page with ALL of your flashes, in chronological order. Perhaps this could be the html page.
I also really do not like how there's only one page of flashes displayed at a time on your flash site, so you can only ever see 9 of them on one page. Couldn't you make your pages scroll so that the user doesn't have to click on "next" and "back"?
Erm, yes Scuba, its a shame Ebolaworld only has a handful of characters...

Scuba steve here agian it is exactly 8:30 et. according to Windows. It is Halloween. I am too old for tick or treating and um.. I was working on a history project and umm.. I have yet to see a cartoon on ebolaworld. umm. Sam T said there were audio issues at around 1:44 this afternoon. umm... lets have the cartoon out before it November dudes.

I always kinda thought you should move the old "Hello,I am your host,Taco-Man,Welcome to Weekly Update" flashes,to the News Flash part.
