Woh boy, is he mixing up the parties. In Bush's presidency, we had two wars made by republicans, zero by democrats. We had intentional intelligence failures to support a religious agenda, incompetent cronies put in high offices, and the whole Plame scandal; all caused in a republican administration by republicans, and now he calls the democrats corrupt? I think Rush had one too many pies in the morning, as he's obviously hallucinating.

Radio, television, print, and the internet are all part of the media, and each has something or someone supporting the idea that the whole media is biased towards liberals.

Who has asked the Democratic party to leave the country? Who has asked them to be imprisoned or killed. I certainly haven't (although sometimes I let my imagination go with Kerry). As for the traitor thing. Well, I don't think anybody has a problem with them disagreeing it's when they go too far like Cindy Sheehan and try to demonstrate on the President's front door. That I have a problem with.

If you don't mind I will. Quite frankly I really like this prison where I can own a gun if I want to. Defend my self when I need to. Believe whatever religion I want to (France). Live whatever life I want to. Oddly enough, many of those freedoms are not offered anywhere else. If we're in a prison, what does that mean for China or Russia. lets look at it this way. if instead of saying iraq had wmd's, bush had claimed that we should invade iraq to free the people, do you think the congress would have voted to give bush authorization to use force against iraq? obviously not, because iraq in no way threatened us. if bush's real reason for invading iraq was to free the people(which is bullshit), then that would mean that bush purposely decieved the people, and the congress, in order to wage war on iraq.
simplt put, people wouldn't have bought the whole "going to war to help the iraqi's" bit.

What I'm saying is that when Bush's original motives for the war fell under debate and it became more and more clearer that there were no WMDs present in Iraq, he quickly pretended that he invaded Iraq "To free the Iraqi people". It was never one of Bush's original reasons to invade, but a convinient excuse for a failure.

Because, a conventional bomb is not enough bang for the buck. It would cost a whole lot to transport this bomb. Not to mention, all the people who come into contact with this bomb. If one person in the chain leaked it goes flop. All this risk and cost for what? Maybe a crater with 100 dead Americans. 100 dead would be terrible but, it would not be worth it to the "bad guys" to try something like that.

Look, I don't remember exactly how it went down. Essentially the terrorists disguised this bomb inside of a container (like a coke machine) and had it shipped to a certain place (the basement of a big football stadium) and detonated it. Simple, but costly. I'm saying that if you have a NUKE and need to send it somewhere that's one good way to do it. Transporting conventional bombs is not worth the time or the money. Once again not enough BANG for the BUCK.
