Not so much retarded as delusional. Retarded would imply a learning disorder, and he made it through school (with a C). However, he surrounds himself with people who just tell him what he wants to hear, so he can't make an intelligent decision. He also takes orders from a little voice in his head, which he affectionately refers to as "God". He's on record telling the Palestinians that God told him to start these wars, so he must at least pay some attention to the voices in his head. I doubt he knows that his approval ratings are at rock bottom, or that we aren't winning in Iraq. He'd never know if all he listened to was Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and his own administration.
I don't even think he's that stupid. Just completely out of touch in the world.
Obviously he knows his approval ratings are low because of the campaign speech he gave on Veterans Day attacking those opposing his war. Bush pretends he doesn’t care about poll numbers, but his actions say otherwise.
But did Bush acutally plan the speach on Veterans Day or did his administration? Does he even realise whats really happening in Iraq right now?
I think the Democrats are alive, but alive in the sense of Nintendo. Nintendo isn't hte powerhouse it once was. Then you have the CONSERVATIVES, people who aren't heavy republican, yet aren't democratic. They are like the PS2 a lot of people are in that state. Then you have a large ammount of crazy anti gay abortionists which are the xboxers. The PS2 people can be swayed which happened for Bush and for these two recent governor elections. But the fact of the matter is Xbox is larger than nintendo. Meaning democrats are around but are on a decline. Plus VA had the majority of republicans for REPs for Richmond.
