All fascist regimes will eventually be overthrown by the oppressed, no matter their power (Stalin, Hitler). It makes me sad because if we fail to stop Bush through legal means, someone else will do the job for us, and we'll be caught as fodder in the crossfire.
And we already know our weakness. The US can't be stopped by conventional war, but terrorists can bring our society to its knees. The Middle East will destroy us through the oil supply and terrorism. And we and our children will bear witness.

I just don't understand why you guys are so afraid for terrorist.
1. Its a very small group of people.
2. The large mayority of the people oppose them.
3. They will slowly dissapear.
4. They always have financial problems.
5. In sted of fighting them, you can better infiltrated them and change there ideas.
6. The would have never been there when everyone had about the same changes in their live.
7. The so called alies have killed much more people than all the terrorist organisations which now excist on this world.
Me - you may be correct that I'm overestimating the ability of Al Qaeda.
My comment was referring to the low cost of terrorism vs. economic impact on the US:

Could you speculate on who will oppose the US if domestic efforts to trounce Bush fail?

I think everyone would want to live in a perfect world, but because not everyone has the same ideas about a perfect world...
A perfect world is what fascists want, but that perfect world is only perfect for the fascists(and then mostly the guys on the top)
I ask you what would you do when you where the boss of the world for just 1 day, I bet you will do things that not everyone likes(thats impossible)
