For those of you who don't know, the 22nd Amendment forbids a president from holding more than 2 terms in office.
(Not bad knowledge from someone who isn't American, eh?)
Now, if that amendment is repealed, it could allow Bush to hold office for as long as he pleases, or, as you said, he's forced out by scandal.
Not only will this affect America, it will probably have a negative on the rest of the world, in my opinion.
Then again, you may be right and I may be paranoid. Or not.

I've had a weird feeling ever since 9/11 that Bush would be President forever... now its been confirmed. 
Welp, If for some screwed up reason it hapens that he gets to be the president til the day he dies then expect this world to end pretty quickly.

Like I said, I'm not from America, but I agree that Bush was WAY too much power!
Maybe, if we all keep spreading the news of Bush's scandalous... scandals, well maybe the statue will read something like 2001-2007.
But the man above the law is a bit too powerful now for anything like that to happen. He'd probably permantley imprison the group trying to push for impeachment.

Has anyone been reading the news lately? Judging by how much we keep on talking about the little moves that Iran makes (like today they said Iran claims the Americans should be punished for the cartoons) I'd say Bush is preparing his attack on them. He knows he can't just go right out and express his idea on America that quickly, their'd be massive protest and pressure on him. The same certain media outlets seems to be easing us in on this idea, while others stay focused on the big stories (and maybe the only true ones) So how long do you give it before we're in Iran?
One of the steps before invading a country: making the invaded country's people/rulers seem barbaric.
What Bush has done: Critisized Iran and Syria for turning a blind eye to the riots and even participating in them.

You know why it took a day for the story to get out? There are two possibilities:
1) - Dick ran away and someone found the millionaire guy dieing and took him to the hospital.
2) - Dick wanted to make sure the guy wouldn't die before telling the press.
