Indy decision maker, I'm sure most politicians go into government thinking they'll be legitimate and come out with a spotless moral record.
But its a game, a dirty game, if you don't play by the de facto rules then you lose. Thats how its been, thats how it will likely remain. Not to say there aren't some decent politicians out there, because there are. But do are their slates completely clean? Probably not. Does it really matter?
Who knows, its a game you can study, but don't really understand unless you play. But the trouble is you can't tell anyone the rules once you have a grasp of them. :D
