We had a teacher in college who made us study Walmart for 2 days before skipping town; I kid you not.

SW is the ONLY Walmart I'll be caught dead in; less creepy people, too much room for them to get in your way.

Walmart buys out Mom & Pop shops & sells the stuff they aquire from them. No sweatshops.

Aaanyway....that Nintendo Wii joke is sadly too realistic. Haha.

I've been a huge fan of this site for quie a few years now and especially of the Linda series. However, I have to admit this seemed to be least favorite animation, as the idea has been used so many times such as in south park and the big box mart cartoon on jibjab. I also thought the walmart animations at the beginning were poorly drawn out, but the animation did get a lot better further into the cartoon. And Sam we're still waiting to hear what's happened with taco man! And where's my favorite talking cigarette been at? Can't wait to see the next bible story,

Lmao. Yes, from now on when I write a script, I will make sure no other TV program, movie, or online series has ever used the same topic throughout history.

But seriously, I understand making fun of Wal-Mart has been done before, but my take was more making fun of the people that shop there (something I've never seen done). Also, for the first time in the Linda series, I took some swipes at liberals, making the cartoon more even-handed with its jokes.

Lastly, I don’t think the Linda Show could ever continue without a proper Wal-Mart episode, as every time I visit the store all I see are rows and rows of Linda’s. Hell, Linda and her family were based on people that I witness at this store.

I liked the cartoon and the "downtown" song, but I don't think they work together. I would have liked it even more to have seen the cartoon, then seen the video about a week later.
They're stronger on their own.

The liberal jokes were funny and helped develop Linda's sister's character. I get a warm feeling when I think of Al Gore winning, too.

I think Linda should meet someone like Pat Condell (he has posted some movies on youtube). I completly agree with that man regarding religion. I have never heard someone putting it as good as he does. Linda will ofcourse just not listen or be selective deaf.

Yes! I've been a fan for a few years now and this illistrated a great point. Every time I walk into a Wal Mart I see people like that of Linda and her family. I live in New Jersey, yes despite the odd stereo types, I see nascar loving, fox watching, bible thumping people that I cannot talk sense into, when ever I go to a Wal Mart. Thats why I try to go to Target, the less retarted brother of Wal Mart. Anyway, great stuff keep it up.
