Wow, I loved it! I feel like executing some civil disobedience… but I have to do homework… and my parents said I couldn’t start an armed rebellion until I’m old enough to buy a beer by myself. Anyway, I loved everything about the video. That was rather impressively choreographed with the song. It was really neat to see the scenes occuring during different parts of the lyrics, and which characters were given the lines.

And PNAC made a cameo, too, hooray!

I've often had discussions with my friends about how you could change the US from within. According to Chomsky, the Middle Class was created to give people just enough to not complain, which makes them complacent. Additionally, American media viewing is restricted to propaganda from five major outlets from birth through death. Do you have a plan for counteracting the existing propaganda? Or for dealing with the Matrix-like system cleansing utilities, aka the FBI/CIA/Homeland Security, depicted in your cartoon as shooting at the ninja guy hanging up flyers?

I think MoveOn does a good job harnessing collective wealth to create some counterpropaganda, but if anything like that was successful, the FBI would jail or assassinate the group's leaders, just as it did with the Black Panthers. Group members get put on FBI watch lists, like war protesters and military-paid scientists who dissent. I happen to personally know the latter (who lost millions in funding almost overnight), and don't want to become the former.

The king of double-posting says....

Cyberen, your submission is ranked 121 on Newgrounds, making it 71 slots short of being featured on the "best of all time page." This is also higher than any of Sam's cartoons and 100,000 other submissions. I wouldn't be too worried about only winning a daily 3rd place trophy for it, especially since it didn't have the luxury of being featured on the front page.

And yeah, I know there's a big recency effect, where newer submissions get higher scores that dwindle over time, but seriously, that's still pretty good!
