Plame can't go to prison, unlike reporters protecting someone's identity(sorry OOPs). She is using a five year return from operations law at CIA to attack America.
WMD becaem mandatory at CIA, probably having alot to do with Rice getting her degree. It became covert(CIA) foreign policy after Rice schooled Bush at the mansion. It's really Rice who got everyone on WMD, started the war, ran Iraq, and got a REAL fed job at State. Plame's goal was probably Rice all along. Too bad she was'nt good enough, we might have avoided 'Rice's degree wars.'
There's a Sarah Shayes(chayes) from NPR/Mercy Corps who only got a few people killed if anyone is interested in other OOs(like Plame is OOPs, she is OOS)
I also find interesting that there are those still pushing forth the argument that "outing" Plame put her in danger.
Since this "outing", she has done photo-shoots for Vanity Fair and attended movie premires, walking the red carpet with Hollywood liberals.
Just what danger was she in again?
Outing Plame endangered all who were associated with her. It will be kinda tough to Rove to be effective for the mid-term elections -- from Prison.
Sorry, most of Americans now believe we were misled into war. Social Security reform is in the low 20s for approval. Bolton's appointment is a joke. If Roberts proves to be more Clarence Thomas than David Souter, then he will legislate from the bench and overturn Roe v Wade with about 70 percent of Americans support.
Sorry, I just re-reads the post again; where do you get the idea that the left is "blinded by hate." Why is it that you folks on the right cling to this notion that unless we agree completely with the president on everything, we hate America? Geez, I don't remember the political left acussing conservatives of hating America because you criticized the president. I love my country, but I think its headed in the wrong direction by a misguided president.
Reread it again, the point is the dems are acting politically against their best interest.
