You may recall a certain former chairman of the department who made a killing on his IPA stubbies when the deposit on beer bottles doubled from 5 to 10 cents.

Well, I know there was a massive amount of empties in his garage, some of which were the result of my consumption. The business about the doubling of the deposit may be a misremembering.
