tex and sheila, you're questions will be answered on 11/20 (and the 22nd, 24th) when the two titans clash. Granted, Sampras is a little past his prime, but it will still make for some good tennis; and federer seems to be struggling at the end of the year so sampras could take advantage. Rafa also lost in the first round. While this is scary...it makes for a more interesting tournament. I don't think either Roger or Rafa will be down for long. As far as who's better, Sampras or Federer...I'm a FedHed all the way! LOL!

Hey Charlie, I'm not sure who'll win at this point. Sampras has been playing World Team Tennis and looking good, and now Federer is no longer supernatural. I'm looking forward to it!

Now I'll have to agree with you on that Texas_Jam. Federer does have his issues on clay. Sampras and his serve is a valid point, but let us never forget that Roger can pull an ace out of his pocket at will too!
