YAY! I only got to see the Women's Final so I didn't know that they'd won the doubles.

I thought it was sweet that Venus held back on celebrating on the court (for the singles) out of consideration for Serena's feelings.

I'm glad they ended the day on a high note!

I can say I sort of just expected this. There really isn't a way to stop that momentum, and considering they are mentally strong it was
unlikely anyone was going to beat them this year.

Hi Ada! We had a very peaceful and relaxing holiday thanks. Other than watching tennis and eating, I was COMMITTED to doing nothing !


So did I Angelika. She truly cares about that spoiled baby sister of hers . It's wonderful to see.


It just speaks volumes doesn't it Cooper? The angle from which it was taken is perfect. It's a great photo. And I felt the same way about the doubles. How do you let that kind of drive go in just a couple of hours. It was inevitable.
