Working hard, as usual. One of our "BEST" tenants passed away 3 weeks ago...lung cancer...2nd hand smoke, 49 years old. Sad. She was a beautiful soul.

Soooo I'm trying to pretty up the house to get it rented out. Thursday is looking real promising...hopefully, I can get that under my belt and move on to the next labor camp.

Well, no matter how bad the economy, peole have to have somewhere to live, hopefully you'll get another good tenant.

I didn't do much of anything today, which is why I got to visit a bit. Tomorrow I'll dive back into my office cleaning. I'm storing any files over five years old, tossing a lot of old manuals and other unnecessary paperwork etc., etc., etc. I've allowed this stuff to get knee deep, I've finally had enough.
