I was wondering you can clarify what it means that the registration is active for a 12 month period or until the FSOT is take. I want to change some things I wrote on the registration and I cannot make the current exam dates for June. If I do not schedule to take the test, can I re-register for the next exam date or make any changes on my registration for the next exam date? Also if I do not schedule a date can I take it in the next exam date? Thank you for your help!

Hello, I just found your blog while doing a search on studying for the foreign service exam. Just wondered whether you passed the exam and the whole process and are now in the foreign service. I hope so! Found your blog to be immensely helpful so thank you!

was the registration process as intensive before the revamping happened? They said it was a "3-hour burden" but my burden was more like 8 hours. I wondered if that was the case for others, and I wondered if the extra time put in on the registration process contributes to speeding up the post-exam process.
thanks for the information you provide, and good luck to you in your career.
