I think the lowest rungs of hell are too good for these people.
Yuck.

Perhaps, crushed under the lowest rungs of hell? Can't someone trace and arrest these people? Somehow?

Nearly 150 registered sex offenders live within a 6 mile radius of my children's school. Every single day I see little girls and boys walking home, alone, and on the same predictable route. I wonder what their parents are thinking. It takes vigilance and careful living to avoid the many, many possible tragedies that face any child in today's world.
Yes, we can blame the pedophiles. But they are just one person in the scenario. Vigilant parenting, volunteer efforts in creating safer communities, establishing neighborhood watches and child phone trees, etc...the world isn't going to get any safer.

Gotta give a shout-out to my husband, crime blogger, Steve Huff, who discovered a lot of that Karr guy's online stuff and broke it: http://crimeblog.us/?p=38
