The Left discovered some time ago that anything they want to have happen or not happen can be made to happen/not-happen by appealing to "the environment". If that doesn't work, they appeal to "the Children".
I do find myself wondering when Americans use the word "wanker". They seem to know it's an insult but not how rude it is. Here in the UK it often gets edited out of American shows when they show British characters using it - even on channels that allow language that wouldn't be allowed on American network TV.
Yeah UK, but lets face it, the British are removing from reading classes because they don't want to offfffeeeeend the Muslims. Also, the British are revamping toilets in prisons so they point North and South, because Muslims can't sit on a toilet facing east and west because doing so offends Allah. So I guess Whanker really isn't so bad is it?

You should probably learn something, anything, about the laws in question, and about the judge's ruling, before you start writing about them.
