We haven't received any COLA's either, rather what we have received is the "benefit" of paying for any increase in our benefits. This has meant that even though I'm getting a yearly increase in pay (due to step & column increases), these increases are eaten up by my benefits. I'm currently covering about 30% of my benefits.
