Yup, that memo. Wish we had a taping system in the Oval Office, just like we can hear Nixon raging against Jews and enemies of his state of disunion, plotting to nuke North Vietnam, cursing his dog when she came bounding in, cursing nonstop.
Wish I could hear Bush yapping. Probably, 90% of the tapes will be the sound of him slurping down beers.
