New Orleans, the big party town, was a mess for far too long. Too many on govt. welfare who should never have been permitted to reproduce! We'd have been far better off paying them good money to get their tubes tied and never reproduce--as is my philosophy! Now have to waste billions more on them. Should have been living in tents once flood subsided. What a crock both political sides pandering to spend over the race card.
