The morning workout thing, yeh, I know I feel better after it but I can never drag myself out of bed to do it! I used to swim every morning. It hasn't happened for a while now... too tired. And even though I know that I'll be more energised after doing lots of exercise, I just can't make myself miss an extra hour's sleep!

Thanks for the post in my blog! It really makes a difference when you know that someone else out there is making the same stupid mistakes as you are but somehow recovered. Wanted to weigh in on the weight loss goal (no pun intended). When I first graduated I had a rough time with the transition and packed on 25 pounds in a year. Yuck. I tried and tried, but only succeeded in losing the weight when I started focusing on a goal other than the loss itself (for me it was a trip to the beach with my boyfriend's family in June... this was October). Suddenly picturing myself on the beach next to his size 4 sister became motivation in itself and I lost all of it! There are also awesome weight loss communities online like SparkPeople.com or Calorieking.com that can really help. Good luck! I know you can do this... you finished the Peachtree Road Race, you can do anything!!
