I have to admit that I hate warnings on ANYTHING. It bugs me that people are too stupid to make good choices or try to blame companies in an effort to get some cash when they make a bad choice! Ahh...the US.

Diet soda is worse than regular soda. People can stick with their normal sugary diets for as long as they use hoodia to cut back their appetite.

Cohiba,
I respect your opinion but diet sodas are a great way for people to enjoy the taste of a soda without the added calories. I for one, cannot afford to waste my calories on sodas but I love the taste - thus, I consume diet sodas. It's important to have an overall healthy diet and diet soda can help people do this.

If it makes you feel any better, I worked for Coca-Cola a few years ago and they have all sorts of "soda doesn't make you fat -- bad choices in general make you fat" data. So I think you're all good!

Thanks Sandra! I agree that a combination of a lot of things make a person fat - not just soda.
