I think there are a few celebs who admit to watching what they eat and dieting - Jenifer Aniston comes to mind. But it is awful to hear celebs say that. It makes people who can't be like that feel awful.
I have two words for those celebrities... bull and caca!
How about those one of those girls come out and say.. yeah.. i will eat the large pizza and I have to kick my own ass to get it off. Instead of just admitting they exercise and watch what they eat, how about they also admit that they give in to temptation once in a while too!
Or maybe, some of them admitting to eating disorders in the past? (can you hear me, Nicole Richie?)

Yeah that is pretty screwed up. I hate how Hollywood can influence and make so many people feel like shit.
