I am glad you got it checked out and will be getting it taken care of...it IS a scary prospect to just sweep things under the rug and hope they will go away.
I have had the same mole on my left arm since birth and it has never changed or evolved and EVERY single time I switch doctors, which is a lot due to moving around, they want to test it. I try to tell them, it is the same it has always been but I guess better safe than sorry .

Hilly, at least you're aware of the changes. And I always trust my own instincts over what a doctor says

Wow! I am happy that you had it checked out before it was too late, and that your doctor is making you get it removed sooner! What a scare. I am super conscious of every mole on my body because I know how easy it is to overlook their abnormalities!

Emma, just be sure to always listen to what the doctor has to say.
Kilax, you're one step ahead of most people. I think I need to start following your example.
