I too am not a big fan of winter- but it's going to come weather we like it or not. Get ready for a cold one this year- or so the spiders say from size of their webs. But you can't always trust a spider, nope. Spiders can be the biggest fibbers alive

Kfarmer, I've never heard of the spider/winter thing but I must agree with in that spiders are definitely the biggest fibbers I know. You just can't trust 'em.
Kilax, please keep the warm wishes coming. I need lots!

First, I gotta tell ya I ADORE DIET COKE!!!!!!!! Yes, I am the lady that you see carrying out boatloads of Diet Coke cases to her car. I will allow NO ONE in my home to touch my precious DC's (my husband refers to it as my "liquid love" HA!!).
Second, I am from Atlanta!! I've been living in Augusta since December of 1998 when me and Mr. U married. I miss Atlanta, but especially all the malls!!
I really am enjoying your blog! Keep up the great work. And remember, if there is ever a Diet Coke shortage, I'll have plenty.
His,
Mrs. U

There was one time when I was living in Lexington, Kentucky, that we got a quarter inch of snow and they shut down school for the day. People actually put chains on their tires. FOR A QUARTER INCH!!! People don't go to those extremes here in Chicagoland even for 3-4 inches. Just another dusting by our standards.
