Hi, Elaine. I feel ya girl. I tried to get my hair colored on VDAY and finally the FOURTH salon I went to was able to do it. All the others either closed early or were severely understaffed because "all the girls left to enjoy Valentine's Day". I mean, what's that about? It's not a national holiday or anything.
