I am just heartsick over this. Two murdered prisoners of war exchanged for a live murderer who committed a horrific crime, who benefited from a nice Israeli education while in prison, and who will be greeted as a hero by those murderers of prisoners and the legions who support them. What is wrong with a world that does not express outrage over this? What is wrong with ISRAEL for doing this??? Do they not learn? Please, someone explain to me why rewarding murderous criminal scum is a good thing that will make the future safer for Israel. I don't get it.
It was recently reported that one of the soldiers was killed in the initial attack and the other injured, possibly critically.
Bedein and Ha'aretz cannot both be correct.
Soccer Dad is right, they may have died of their wounds rather than been murdered after capture.
We will probably know which within a couple days.

I've been wondering about this. On what day did everyone stop pretending they were alive, definitively, and turned into dead bodies for a prisoner release.
Second, I'm looking at the photo of an international agency making delivery. So, why'd we keep our end of the deal? How did Hezzy end up not even giving up their POW's. Once they killed them, the bargining chips were gone.
Third of all, why alive child killers? Anyone familiar with how child killers are dealt with in US states? This thug would've death penaltied a long time ago. Heck, I bet the electric chair would've been reactivated for old times sake! They would've never seen the time of day.

The western media has neglected this story and I had to search for any knowledge. I don't understand how for two years the Israeli government insisted these men were kidnapped alive. Yet now, it is their dead bodies that are exchanged for living terrorists.
Nasrallah should be treated like the worst of the Nazi criminals for killing these two soldiers after kidnapping them. He should be snatched like Eichman and tried for the murder of Goldwasser and Regev.
It is an abomination that Israel agreed to the UN ceasefire without the return of these soldiers as a condition. Now Nasrallah should pay the price for his crime.
We can't rule out the possibility that they were murdered after capture,but the coroner's report also carries some weight. Back in 2006,the New York Times and Haaretz considered the possibility that they had died of wounds.
