I'm right there with you on Twilight and Harry Potter. My reasons are complex and, in this culture would probably get me blown up.

That shrimp thing: you may have an iodine deficiency. Just a guess. Either that you you just love the stuff as much as i do.

I suffered from depression and anxiety attacks in my 20's and early 30's. Things are much different now. I believe meds can be okay for a time, but the underlying problem has to be addressed and dealt with.

Take care of yourself and enjoy that mental health day. (No BF shopping here, either. I'm not crazy! Anymore. heh)
