Exercise Before Knitting

Gravatar Oh, my, this set is just adorable! Makes me want to have a baby and make stuff for her. Well, maybe not, but it's just so cute! ;o)

Gravatar This is my favorite of all the sewing projects so far! I love it!

Gravatar Oh, I am so very jealous of your sewing successes! Excellent job on all 3 sets, but I especially love the top and pants set (part 2 of 3.) I think the colors are great--not the forced-upon-you pinks and purples for girls!

Gravatar There are not words to describe how adorable that set is! You are doing a fantastic job!!

Gravatar i think that i have this pattern actually! i love the black and white and the fact that it's reversible. great idea!

Gravatar Oh, wow, this is easily my favorite of the three. (And the other two were plenty cute.)

ps. Re: your comments -- thank YOU for such a great pattern!

Gravatar My favourite of the three, just cos it looks so trendy and hip!!
B is such a natural in front of the lens...sweet!

Gravatar So very, very cute!!!!

Gravatar Wow, you're on FIRE! I'm totally inspired....

Gravatar Very very cute!! Especially genius to make it reversible.
I haven't knit a sweater in a long time either for the same reason. I am getting back on that horse very soon.

Gravatar Wow...it looks fantastic!!!

Gravatar Ooh another favourite. The fabric makes this one look so sophisticated, and she looks beautiful in it. You may never need to buy clothes again, and your baby girl will always be in an original garment. Perhaps you can start making them and selling them.

Gravatar I love those fabrics and how they look together, the back of the dress, and the model (of course)! You're doing a great job!

Gravatar adorable. i love that you used black/white - you don't often see babies in black! looks really comfy....reversible - genius!

Gravatar I'm excited to see the sweater you've been working on! That dress turned out just as cute as the rest of them! Well done!

Gravatar So much cuteness!

Gravatar The idea of doing these little dresses reversible is an extemely useful suggestion. I mean, why go to all the trouble to do facings and interfacing for something that should be soft and comfortable and, above all, useful. Two for the price of one baby! And, it's adorable too

Gravatar Wonderful work! You are fortunate to have a baby to sew for, and such a photogenic one at that!

Gravatar Oh! I've been looking at buying that pattern. What a nice "real" world example. Good work. I'm totally not a sewer so hopefully I can pull this off.

Gravatar So cute! I think today's dress is my favorite so far, but I am a sucker for black and white. You're making me wish I had a sewing machine!

Gravatar I just found your blog by chance and I realize I saw your knitting pictures earlier on Flickr, doing a search on Debbie Bliss knitwear. What a gorgeous wardrobe you are putting together! of course your baby is absolutely picture-perfect. I miss the days of dressing my little girls in sweet, simple summer dresses.

Gravatar I've been away for a few days and am just catching up with all of your sewing projects. So. Cute. I think the green and orange outfit is my favorite, just because the colors and patterns are so cute and fun. Yes, why can't we wear those combinations as adults? Lucky little bug, she's got such a wardrobe!

Gravatar Um...can you say ADORABLE?! What a cute pattern and baby, nice work!

Gravatar All your sewing successes are super cute! They look so nice, you'd never guess these were some of your first successful sewing experiences!

Gravatar What an adorable dress! The reversible aspect is genius!

Gravatar they are all so adorable!!!!!
and the model and photo....too precious for words!
beautiful job!

Gravatar super cute outfits for a super cute little girl! Great job on all the dresses! When Corra was a wee little one I sewed her a slew of little baby dresses. They are the only things I have ever sewed successfully!

Gravatar Your fave picture is mine too - such cuteness. Love the dress!!

Gravatar The dress is beautiful! I like the fabric! I am about to make my first foray into sewing - tote bags - how bad can they be?????

Gravatar fantastic! Love the idea of a reversible dress, well done!

Gravatar That project so makes me wish I could sew! Thanks for visiting my blog!

Gravatar I love the clack and white fabric. It's quite striking on baby Beatrix. (And I don't think I've ever mentioned that I also love her name. Is it a family name?)

Gravatar Ohmigosh, all three parts are SO cute, but I think this is my favorite. What a lucky little girl!

Gravatar Wow - I love all three outfits you made! Although I think the top and pants might be my favorite. All the fabrics are wonderful - great job.

Gravatar I love your baby clothes, it makes me want to sew some for my little one.

Gravatar I love this. I love that it is black and classy. Too few kids' clothes show this much style and panache. I love it.

Gravatar My goodness this is your first sewing experience!
You are pro~ I wish I didn't fight with sewing machines and bobbins-

Gravatar So very sweet - the photos and the dress!

Gravatar What a lucky daughter! She looks fabulous! Best project so far! I've actually hauled out my old singer to the shop to get all cleaned up and ready to go. All these cute patterns out there have been calling my name. I made a few sundresses for my daughter but that was over 10 years ago. I've not used it since. You're inspiring!

Gravatar So precious! I love the little dresses

Very happy to hear that you are knitting a sweater for yourself too! Let us know the details!

Gravatar Simply adorable!

Gravatar Beatrix is lucky to have all these lovely dresses and sweaters made for her. What a beautiful wardrobe!

Gravatar What an adorable outfit!!!!

Gravatar too freakin' cute! i hope i can find that pattern, i just got my hands on a barely used sewing machine and need to try some things.

Gravatar Your sewing is adorable as is your darling baby.

Gravatar Adorable! And she looks so freaking cute!! I have this pattern, I think -- must get to it.
