Congrats on the early morning running. I have a running partner who keeps me honest. I would never get up at 5 o'clock on my own. We've been running together at least ten years, and it's kept me sane and somewhat fit.

I was just talking to my running partner this morning about concrete. They've just spend $30,000 on new cabinets in their kitchen, and we were talking about countertop possibilities.

Ooo - I wish you WOULD talk about how the counter tops are to live with. My husband just completed an environmentally friendly building course and he won't quit talking about these. I think they are cool looking, but I'm not at all compelled to pull out our nearly perfectly preserved 50's Formica counter tops. Any advice / caution / comments ammo would be most helpful!

Indeed, cute warrior pose! I also have regia cotton socks on the needles. I'm trying to get my sock mojo back and the colors are making me super happy. At least they're softer than regular regia.

Love the pictures of your gorgeous girl. The warrior pose is such a great picture. I would assume that concrete bench tops are hard to clean, do they soak in all the stains from food. I like the socks for your mum too.
