But Society is to blame for their lot in life. Poor, uneducated and without parental guidance. I'm sure that with enough funding put into after school programs, mentoring, psychological treatment and a simple hug once in a while, they would all be happy, healthy, respectful and productive young citizens who would, each and every one, make our world just a bit better. After all, how can any of those poor youngsters REALLY be expected to be responsible for their own actions, when there are NO bad kids, and it does take a village...these youngsters actions are really a cry for help! Help from the male, white, corporate, oppressive village that has utterly failed them!

Nah, they're thugs without conscience....fry em.
