That chutney's pretty yummy stuff, eh? Here in the Pacific Northwest, we feel that chutney is the perfect accompaniment for grilled salmon fillets; all of the aspects of the chutney that you mentioned are a wonderful complements for the rich, slightly oily fish. (That's the very sophisticated, highly evolved form of eating like a bear.)
