Shavuot minhagim not only include eating dairy foods, but also staying up all night the first night learning.
Tonight I will join my Rabbi at 11PM and we will learn a little from every book in Tanach, a little from every mesechata of gammara, and every chapter in the Shulchan Aruch.
That way the entire written and oral Torah are studied.
