I buy King Arthur's when they have it in my Publix. I immediately pick up a bag and stash it for use over the rest of my flour. Good stuff.
I'd not heard of the cocoa...

King Arthur is one of the places I have actually been to since we moved up here. I never looked for cocoa though... maybe next time. Of course it's very possible it can be ordered online too.
Hmmm... if only I did more baking. Well, maybe I won't get it - cause I'd bake lots of good chocolate stuff and gain tons of weight. So I'll wait for reports of your baking adventures. *grin*

Whilst running a bakery, I banned all other cocaos in favor of black cocao.
It sold a lot more cookies and cakes.
I dont know about King A though, I imported mine from the Netherlands.
The sweetness of the black cocao I used, to normal was higher by a factor of 2, and the price only 30% higher.

I like the black. I like the brown. I like dutch. I like french. I like white. In fact, I have not yet been able to find a chocolate I dislike in any way, which ties in perfectly with my theory that the Creator developed Chocolate for My Personal Consumption, and all the rest of you are along for the ride. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever after. Amen.

Martha White with Hot Rize, boy. One cannot make a proper biscuit without it. By the way, what's a Vermont?

Back in my baking days up north I wouldn't use anything but King Arthur. I had no idea they had other products, much less a flagship store.
I'd be interested in knowing what it tastes like, just a cup of cocoa. Surely ye of the daring palate will attempt this experiment?

Add some Splenda sweetner to it and put some in a cup of jumpstart to REALLY get your battery charged.

Add some splenda to it and just snort it through a $100 bill.

The mysterious powder on the left ... would that be a sampling of Nestle Quik, my favorite drink of all time?
