Actually, it's fairly easy. The technique is called the Harris Shutter.
Take three sequential exposures, using a tripod to prevent camera movement between exposures.
Place the three exposures as three separate layers into a Photoshop document, selecting the red channel of one, the green channel of the second, and the blue channel of the third. The stationary parts of the image will blend into a normal full-color image, while anything that moves between exposures will show up as one of the primary colors. Merge the layers, and you're good to go.
