Your last bit about the meat department reminded me of the time we lived in a damn near close to 3rd world country. I went to market to get something, and there was... something... hanging there skinned... bleeding out. I think it was a goat or a small cow or something, but to this day I swear it was a German Shepard... which is actually possible.
