Having grown up in a teetotaling Baptist family and only learning to appreciate fine spirits as an adult, would one of you PLEASE explain to me what absinthe tastes like? I'm almost afraid to buy any... the whole wormwood thing and all, y'know...
I understand Absinthe was a favorite of Van Gogh and Hemmingway.

Well you know they have absinthe bars again in Paris. Just dropped by to tell you I have the first of the posts involving the Mistress's work is up - the next will be probably next week. And photos of Savannah will eventually follow - am still working on San Francisco-related posts.
